SHIPPING

  1. All prices on our website are in INR, the official Indian currency.
  2. The order is processed the same day that it has been made, however, it takes 3-5 business days to reach you since all our products are delivered by road and not air because no liquid products are allowed to be shipped through air.
  3. For certain pin-codes, COD shall not be available. Our customer care executive shall guide you through the process.
  4. During Sale/Promotion days, standard shipping time is not applicable.
  5. For promotions & discounts, kindly refer to the terms and conditions carefully for that particular promotion. Once you log in, kindly use the discount code exactly as it appears on our website before you check out. Each discount code can only be applied on one order and will be invalid after that. The discount code is not applicable on products that are already on sale.

We try and ship all orders as soon as we receive them and hence cancellation is not always possible. If you have received an email notification from us that mentions your shipping details, unfortunately, we would not be able to cancel your order. We can only cancel an order till the time it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

  1. Order Cancellation – By Spritz

We try our best to deliver all orders as successfully as possible, however, in certain situations we may not be able to do so.

The conditions due to which your order has been cancelled can be (but not limited to) –

  • Incomplete customer details
  • Out of stock / other inventory issues
  • Non-serviceable location

Please note that our customer care team will always be in touch & happy to guide you in case a cancellation occurs from our end. We shall also transfer the amount to your bank account in full within 7 business days of cancelling your order.

  1. We have a maximum limit set to all orders of our products. An order will automatically be cancelled if it crosses this limit. Spritz by Tyspy products are for personal use only and not for re-sale.
  1. Order Details – Once your order has been shipped, you shall be receiving the tracking details through which you can track your order till it has been delivered to you.
  2. We advise our customers to not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Cancellation Policy 

 If you wish to cancel your order, you could do so if the order hasn’t been shipped and the payment term is on Cash on delivery. If your order is pre-paid, as a special case, we will offer you store credit that can be redeemed within 3 months of its issuance. In case an order has been shipped, we cannot process any cancellation requests.
